At funwithcoco.pet, we aim to provide high-quality small desktop robots and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns can be requested.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

  • The robot arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is not delivered within the expected time

Non-Refundable Items

  • Physical damage caused after delivery
  • Products returned without packaging
  • Custom-modified robots
  • Digital downloads

Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@funwithcoco.pet with your order ID and proof (photos/videos)
  2. We verify the issue
  3. Refund will be processed in 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Return Shipping

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

If you are returning the product for any other reason (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you must bear the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@funwithcoco.pet with your Order ID
  2. Attach clear photos/videos of the product and issue
  3. Our team will verify the request within 48 hours
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return once delivered (as per rules above).
