At funwithcoco.pet, we strive to deliver your small desktop robots safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other major cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier partner operations.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be available on certain orders or promotions.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment on the respective courier’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for failed deliveries if:

  • The address provided is incorrect or incomplete
  • The customer is unreachable
  • The package is refused at the time of delivery

If the order returns to us, reshipping can be arranged after additional shipping charges are paid.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political or transport strikes

We will try our best to keep you informed in such cases.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the parcel BEFORE opening
  2. Email us immediately at support@funwithcoco.pet within 24 hours
  3. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as per our policy

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only deliver within India.
